  • Market entry into the UK

    We helped a nutracueticals company source, manage and follow up with partners and distribution partners in the UK, researched on viable price points and market entry strategy.

    We managed their UK entry by acted as their outsourced business development arm, assisting with financials, sales, marketing and PR.

  • Pharma distribution chain in Africa

    Assisted an Indian pharmaceutical company to identify a distribution network in East Africa, to launch its drugs across a range of pharmacies.

    Negotiated on their behalf, finalised contracts and managed relationships on the ground.

  • Finding a contract manufacturer in India

    We acted as the representative for a UK client to to find an appropriate contract manufacturer in India, assisting with regulatory processes, introductions and acting as a trusted advisor.

    This was a long engagement for both clients to feel comfortable with various and compliance regulatory issues so we played in a trusted advisor capacity.

  • Bringing Europe and India together

    Our annual initiative to create closer collaborations between Indian and European Life Sciences companies, supported by the Department of International Trade, Association of Biotech Led Enterprises, Public Health England and others.
