Following rave reviews of our breakfast series in London, we are organising a half-day Masterclass to provide Chairpersons, General Counsels, Company Secretaries and interested NEDs with more profound insights, tools, techniques and real-life case studies into how they can create greater value with board evaluations. Book on Eventbrite here.

We share insights, tools and methods of our evidence-based approach to conducting board evaluations. This Masterclass is ideal for you if you:

  • are eager to bring the new Code to life;
  • wish to understand the seven hallmarks of effective boards;
  • want to learn about a research-driven and evidence-based approach to conducting board evaluations;
  • want to provide the members of your board with insights that help them to become more impactful in the boardroom; and
  • need to provide your Chairperson with data that help him/her to understand what characteristics any new member should bring to the table to best complement the existing team.

This exclusive session takes place under strict Chatham House rules and consists of three parts:

Part 1: Insights into the latest research in board effectiveness.  You will gain an in-depth understanding of the latest research in board effectiveness and the variables that matter. We have done the hard work for you and provide you with a sound synthesis.

Part 2: Presentation real-life examples of how the research is translated into real-life board evaluations and board effectiveness reviews. You will understand how you can integrate the insights from research into your board evaluation and board effectiveness reviews. We will share how we have translated the research results into a genuinely evidence-based approach to conducting board evaluations and board effectiveness reviews.

Part 3: Creating solutions for your challenges. Before the class, we will collect from you your real-life problems and challenges in and around conducting impactful board evaluations. We will select two to three real-life cases and develop solutions in the class.

Places are strictly limited to 15 participants to allow for open and frank discussions. We expect to sell out, so book your ticket now.
