EPG holds information about actual and potential clients, collaborators and other people with whom we do business. This information includes contact and marketing details and will usually have been collected from you during the course of your relationship with EPG or if you register to receive the Newsletter on our website. Some of the information may also have been collected from publicly available sources and third parties. Unless you request otherwise, we may use the information that we collect for the purposes of normal business administration and to send you marketing materials. You may possibly be included in photographs and videos taken at our events that you may be invited to, and choose to attend. We will not sell your information to any third party organisation or share your information with any third party organisation except those acting on behalf and under the control of or in a capacity as agents for EPG.
From time to time, we may send electronic copies of bulletins and other material to some of our contacts. The e-mail software that we use to send this material allows us to collect information about which contacts have received and opened our HTML e-mails. It does so by tracking when images and links contained in each email are retrieved and clicked on respectively. We collect this information to monitor and improve the effectiveness of the material we send by email. You are able to block the collection of this information by adjusting your e-mail software’s privacy settings to prevent the automatic downloading of images (although if you do, some or all of an email’s content may be unavailable unless you manually select to download images in that email) and by choosing not to click on the links. You can update your preferences or unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the relevant links at the bottom of each of our emails.
Typically, you will receive only one newsletter email per month. You can update your preferences or unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the relevant links at the bottom of each of our emails
