Refund Policy

What is your refund policy?

Tickets are transferable until 15 calendar days before the event. An admin fee might be charged. All requests for cancellations transfers must be received in writing. Our full Terms and Conditions are or here

Can I transfer my registration if I can no longer attend?

Yes! You may transfer your registration to someone else in your organization. There is no fee for equal transfers. The request must be made via email to contact@economcpolicygroup.com with the Subject Line "Transfer my registration request for Event bioConclave 2019", with the following information: Name, Job Title, Organisation, Email, Phone.

Setting up B2B meetings

How do I set up a one-to-one meeting with the Hamburg Invest team?

We can do this for any paid delegate. As soon as you have bought your ticket, email us with a short brief of what your objective is from the meeting (e.g. setting up an office in Germany, incentives from German government, business development opportunities etc) and we'll take care of the rest.

What about such meetings for other locations in Europe?

We will have senior representatives that can talk to you about the UK, Netherlands and other places in Europe too. As soon as you have bought your ticket, email us with a short brief of what your objective is from the meeting, which country you are most interested in, and we'll take care of the rest.
